سلول درمانی بیماری مقاوم به درمان کرون

ما کارایی میان مدت و ایمن بودن درمان بیولوژیکی بیماری کرون، به ویژه پیوند سلول های استرومایی مزانشیمی آلوژن مغز استخوان و آنتی سیتوکین درمانی با فاکتورهای انتخابی سرکوب کننده سیستم ایمنی را مورد بررسی قرار دادیم. مشخص شد که هر دو روش درمان بیولوژیکی بیماری مقاوم به درمان کرون منجر به درمان بالینی و در برخی موارد اندوسکوپی شده است. در اغلب موارد، بهبودی بالینی بدون نیاز به هورمون استروئید درمانی حفظ شده بود. بنابراین، هر دو روش نتایج بالینی قابل مقایسه ای را ایجاد می کند. این نتیجه نشان می دهد که پیوند سلول های استرومایی مزانشیمی مغز استخوان می تواند به عنوان یک روش امیدوار کننده در درمان بیماری مقاوم به درمان کرون درمقایسه با کارایی درمان با infliximab در نظرگرفته شود.

Cell therapy of refractory Crohn's disease.

Abstract

We analyzed medium-term efficiency and safety of biological therapy of Crohn's disease, in particular transplantation of allogenic mesenchymal stromal bone marrow cells and anticytokine therapy with selective immunosuppressive agents. It was found that both methods of biological therapy of refractory Crohn's disease resulted in clinical and in some cases endoscopic remission. In most cases, clinical remission was maintained without steroid hormone therapy. Thus, both methods produce comparable clinical results. It was concluded that transplantation of mesenchymal stromal bone marrow cells could be considered as a promising method in the therapy of refractory Crohn's disease comparable by its efficiency with infliximab therapy.
