Postdoc Fellow in RNA Systems Biology : Newark, United States
We are seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Fellow to study regulation of RNA, including long and short non-coding RNAs (ncRNAs) and non-coding regions of mRNAs, in stem cells and cancers using molecular biology and genomics approaches. The prospective Fellow will work extensively with bioinformatics scientists and will have the opportunity to learn bioinformatics skills.
Our lab uses molecular and systems approaches to study mechanisms of post-transcriptional gene regulation, such as alternative polyadenylation and RNA metabolism. Detailed research topics and publications can be found at http://exon.njms.rutgers.edu.
