Postdocotoral position available for highly motivated individuals to join the laboratory of Dr. Zhou at Kansas City University of Medicine and Bioscience. The goal of our research is to understand the molecular and cellular mechanisms underlying neuromuscular degeneration in the disease progression of Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS). Current projects utilize live cell imaging, electrophysiology, molecular biology, biochemistry and animal models. Applicants should hold a PhD or MD in a relevant field. Persons with experience in electrophysiology, biochemistry, molecular biology or cell biology studies are highly encouraged to apply.
