Project priorities are RNA-immunoprecipitation of epitope-tagged RNA-binding proteins and transcriptome analysis using next generation sequencing.
Requirements: University degree (diploma, master) in biology, biochemistry, genetics, plant sciences.
We are looking for a / n motivated candidate / in corresponding with an interest in current molecular biological and biochemical questions and practical laboratory experience.
The doctoral / PhD student will be involved in the funded by the DFG priority program "Control of flowering time."
