PhD student position (Regensburg)
A vacancy for a PhD student position (TVLe13, 50%) at the Department of Cranio- and Maxillofacial Surgery of the University Hospital Regensburg (Director: Prof. Dr. med. Dr. med. dent. T. E. Reichert)
The regeneration of craniofacial bone by cellular therapies is a highly desirable goal for regenerative dentistry. For molecular investigations of craniofacial osteoblasts, we seek a highly motivated, creative and talented PhD student who is interested in regenerative medicine and somatic stem cell biology within our cell culture lab.
Your profile:
The successful candidate will join an enthusiastic team of scientists and clinicians in a stimulating research environment within our cell culture laboratory. As successful candidate you have a Master degree or Diploma in Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry or a related discipline. We expect a strong motivation and a full commitment in driving research at an international competitive level. Experiences in general molecular and cell biology techniques are indispensable.
