The project aims to develop diagnostic biomarkers for the discrimination of defined disease endophenotypes. The project is part of an interdisciplinary multi-centric consortium formed by clinicians, geneticists, proteome researchers and bioinformaticians recognized in the field of Parkinson's Disease. The project is funded within the BMBF – e:Med program "Demonstrator for an individualised medicine".
