TOPIC

"Development of novel drug delivery technology, drug product formulation, bioavailability and pharmacokinetic assessment, efficacy studies and drug design"

PRIORITIES

Development of pharmaceutical formulations
Characterization of properties of these formulations
Cell culture tests

METHODS

-human cell culture (especially corneal cells, keratocytes)
HPLC
viscometry
- (Fluorescence) Microscopy
-Histological examination

TASKS

-Basic tasks such as laboratory organization, cell culture, ...
-Conducting trials to specification
Documentation of results

CONDITIONS

-Interest in applied research and interdisciplinary work
High-motivation and independence
-Good computer and English language skills
Experience in sterile work, especially in dealing with cell cultures

The working hours are 40 hours per week. The position is initially limited limited to 1 year.
