PhD position in Infectious Diseases and Immunology

Starting date: as soon as possible

We are currently looking for a highly motivated and ambitious scientist holding a Master in the areas of Molecular Medicine, Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology etc. for an innovative project on the innate cellular immunity to staphylococcal infections.
The work is integrated into a new collaborative research center (SFB) initiative on myeloid cell development.
The project involves state of the art methodology like fate-mapping and reporter mice, multi-colour FACS, advanced imaging and gene arrays.
You will be part of the interdisciplinary cell biological research environment of the CCI and the Center for Translational Cell Research, which is located in a brand new research building.
