International Summer Internships 2013
Max Planck Institute of Immunobiology and Epigenetics offers you a unique chance to spend 3 months in our labs working as an internship student (June-September 2013).
We are interested in excellent international students with strong motivation to be scientists.
You should be in your 3rd or 4th year of studies and be interested in Molecular and Cellular biology, Immunology, Epigenetics and Developmental biology.
During your internship, you will work on your own project as a part of the research group. You will get help and intensive mentoring for the practical laboratory work. You will also participate in seminars and present papers in journal clubs and give regular progress reports in front of the lab and the department.
You will learn the state-of-the art techniques, experience the way world leading scientists work, train your language skills and create contacts for your future career.
Participation in our Internship program will be a great asset when you apply for future positions.
We will provide you with accommodation in our guesthouse and financial support for living expenses. We also organize German language course at the institute. You will have the opportunity to experience one of the most beautiful parts of central Europe, travelling with other summer internship students to Switzerland, France, Italy and around Germany.
