One ERC-funded postdoctoral position is available in the laboratory of Pr. Sophie Lucas at the de Duve Institute.
We derived anti-GARP monoclonal antibodies that inhibit active TGF-β production and immunosuppression by Tregs in vivo. We are currently developing anti-GARP antibodies as a new approach for cancer immunotherapy. You will have a Ph.D. in the field of immunology, tumor immunology, or closely related field. You will have extensive experience and technical expertise in cellular and molecular biology and in murine models of immune-related diseases. We seek highly motivated candidates with creative and innovative skills and a strong publication record.
