(depending on experience)
The Babraham Institute is a charity which is world renowned for its research in life sciences to enhance lives and improve wellbeing.
We wish to recruit a highly motivated Postdoctoral Research Scientist to work towards development of novel immunostimulatory small molecule therapies that function by activating T cell responses against cancer.
The laboratory utilises mouse genetics, cellular immunology and molecular biology to understand the molecular mechanisms that control the development and function of T cells in inflammation and cancer [2-3]. This project aims to identify new small molecule therapies that will disrupt deleterious immunosuppression in cancer.
