Post-doctoral associate for the research project "Target Identification for disease diagnosis and treatment (DIAS)" within the framework of "Developmental Proposals of Research Organizations-KRHPIS"

Description

One postdoctoral position for a joint project between the two laboratories: “Nuclear Proteins and Chromatin Function” and “Chronobiology”. The postdoctoral fellow will investigate the role of chromatin remodeling in the regulation of the mammalian circadian clock. Experience is required in techniques of molecular biology, biochemistry and cellular biology. These include cloning, real-time PCR, ChIP, analysis of proteins / histones by immunoblotting, immunoprecipitation, manipulation of cell cultures and FACS analyses. Basic experience in fluorescence and confocal microscopy will be appreciated. The candidates must have a PhD degree in Biology or another related science.
