Immune synapse and intracellular signalling : Madrid, Spain
We are searching for motivated students to do the Master and/or PhD studies at the laboratory of Immune Synapse and Intracellular Signalling (ISIS) of the Department of Microbiology I (Immunology) at the Faculty of Medicine of the ‘Universidad Complutense de Madrid’.
The research activity of the group is based on in vitro molecular and cellular biology. By using microscopy approaches we attempt to understand the molecular dynamics underlying lymphocyte activation. More information about our research lines and publications is available at the ISIS webpage:

Different state-of-the-art infrastructure is available at University facilities, including a centre for fluorescence microscopy and flow cytometry (https://www.ucm.es/citometriamicro), and a centre for genomics and proteomics (https://www.ucm.es/gyp), among others (http://www.ucm.es/cais).
We expect to receive candidates with a great interest in science. Any experience in Molecular and Cellular Biology is welcome. Spanish candidates must have a degree qualification over 2.5/4.
Our research is funded by Spanish Ministry of economy and competitiveness and by the EU 7th framework program.
